11/04/12: New concerts.
Three new live dates added to the agenda of AbsentiA, in this case two of them outside the Spanish borders.
Accompanied by friends Kaos Californians and TCF Septic Christ and the concerts will be in Holland (Thrash festival Torture III) and Belgium (Moo festival).
The third of the dates will be in the Luarca Metal Fest (Asturias) where he shared the bill with Blast Open, Clorckwork, Crisix and Evile.

20/04/12: Wacken Open Air 2012
Absentia qualified for the finals of the WOA Metal Battle 2012.
Only 6 band of all Spanish geography is classified and only one will represent Spain at the Wacken Open Air festival to be held in Germany in August.
Absentia compete with 5 other great bands in the finals to be held in Barcelona on May 5.

You can read any reviews of the new album "Our Bleeding Sun" in Releases section.
The webzines that published reviews are Battle Helm (english), Metal to Infinity (english), Infernal Masquerade (english), Silence so Loud (english), Diario de un Metalhead (spanish) and The DrinksTim (spanish).

01/12/11: Listen "If Only I".
"Our Bleeding Sun" will be on sale on December 10, although you can buy through the "Shop".
In the meantime you can listen to an advance "If Only I", "Inferno" or a medley.

28/05/11: We have finished recording & mastering "Our Bleeding Sun"
"Our Bleeding Sun" will be the bands 2nd full length album which will contain the 9 new tracks listed below.
1. All this Hell.
2. The End of the Line.
3. Inferno.
4. Dead Winter.
5. Darkest Tranquility.
6. Portrait of a Soul.
7. Is Heaven Crying?
8. If Only I.
9. One More Step (Away From Home)
"Our Bleeding Sun" was recorded and mastered at Dynamita studios with producer/engineer Dani G. Suarez who helped contribute his ideas to create this intricate & powerful album, along with the added support from Julia Martinez on cello ("Heaven Is Crying") and the incredible angelic voice of Ani M. Fojaco ("Inferno").
